Itinerary for Groups Community Involvement Project (CIP)

Day 1

Morning:

    - Introduction to Khmer Village Homestay upon arrival.

Afternoon: CIP 1 

    - Visit a School

    -  Teach English/Hygiene/Play games

Evening: Cultural Activity.

   -  Ox-cart ride to watch sunset.

Night:

   -  Free and Easy.

Day 2

Morning:CIP2                        
 - Make well pavement

Afternoon:Cultural Activity.

 - To see milling rice process.

Night: - Film show/Games/English
Day3                                                                                 

Morning: CIP 3

  - Charity work. give out rice, Sarong to the elderly people

at their homes.

Afternoonn: Cultural Activities

  - Pony cart ride

  - Visit Handicraft  center/Weaving  
 - Khmer Noodle making.                                                   

    Night:

 - Film/Show/Games/English.

Day 4

 Morning: CIP 4

 - Repair rural road.

Afternoon: Cultural Activities.

 - Visit dam/Swimming/Fishing

 - Boat Making (Seasonal)

Night:

 - Film Show/ Games/ English

Day 5

Morning and afternoon: CIP 5

 - Cleaning and Painting bricks/wooden classrooms.

Night:

 - Film Show/Games/English                                                      
 Day 6

Morning and afternoon: CIP 6

 - Repair house for elderly /widow

Night; Cultural Activity.                                                                
 - Cutural show by students.

Day 7

Morning and afternoon: CIP 7

 - Group work with local Medical team. 
 - Delicing for children.

 - Deworming for children.

Night:

 - Presentation by homestay guests.
Day 8

Morning and afternoon: CIP 8

 - Build a Toilet.                                                                            
  Night:

 - Free and Easy.

Day 9

Morning: CIP 9

 - Planting/ Harvesting rice (Seasonal)

or to see the process of making palm  sugar (Seasonal)l)

Afternoon CIP 10

 - Visit to an orphanage.

 Night:

 - Bon Fire

Day 10

Morning Cutural Activity.

 - Visit local market to understand the livelihood of the traders.
